Transport gently - motion may trigger Ventricular Fibrillation.
Keep patient horizontal if possible.
If transporting by vehicle keep temperature below patient's core temperature.
ALL OF THE ABOVE CAN BE CARRIED OUT IN THE PREHOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT.
