As a public service, WEMSI would like to post information about the legal status of WEMS in other states and provinces. We have some sketchy information about various states and provinces, and will post that information in the future. If you have information about a particular state, please forward to the Web Site Administrator, Bernie Roche ( broche@titan.tcn.net ). Please try to confirm your information before emailing it -- in the past we've received information about WEMS in certain states and provinces that was incorrect. Links to relevant regulations or documents on the Web would be particularly valuable.
